Specific regime
LawCode is a commercial activity exercised as an accessory to the activity of lawyer, governed as such by the provisions of article 111 paragraph 2 of decree n°91-1197 of November 27, 1991 organizing the legal profession and the provisions of article 6.2 last paragraph of the National Internal Regulations (RIN) of the legal profession.
This service is provided in compliance with the CNB resolution of April 7, 2023 on derogatory commercial ancillary activities, according to which:
"the ethical rules of the legal profession apply to the lawyer who, within the framework of a commercial company separate from his firm, proceeds to "the marketing, on an accessory basis, of goods or services related to the practice Adopted by the general meeting of April 6 and 7, 2023 of the legal profession if these goods or services are intended for clients or other members of the profession."
Personal data
The information LawCode gathers from its client is recorded in a computerized file for the sole purpose of this process.
The processing is necessary for the production of corporate documents and for the voting process through the YouSign service.
Data is kept for the time required to carry out the assignment entrusted to LawCode, and for a maximum period of 24 months following its expiry.
You may access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
You may also object to the processing of your data by writing to us at opt-out@lawcode.fr.
