We check that the bylaws of the companies concerned authorize electronic consultation of associates. If not, we can help you modify them.

We retrieve your information
You provide us with your draft resolutions, the tax return for the year and the capitalization table with the partners' emails.

We produce your documents
We produce the management report and electronic consultation documents including a ballot.
Step 4
Validate
You read over the documents, make any necessary changes and then give us your approval to send them off.

We launch the consultation via YouSign
We launch the consultation process via YouSign. Each of your associates receives an e-mail with your electronic newsletter.
Step 6
We close the consultation
At the end of the consultation period, we automatically count the votes, draw up the closing minutes and complete the formalities via Guichet Unique.

Yes, our service is RGPD compliant. We operate as a subcontractor within the meaning of Article 28 of the RGPD and comply with all the obligations incumbent on us in this respect.
Do you generate management reports?
Yes, when it comes to closing the annual accounts, we generate the management report for the year based on your template, using automated data extraction from your tax return.
How can we provide you with the list of associates?
You can either provide us with an excel file, or give us access to yourequity management platform. We will then set up your company's account.
How do you bill your services?
